Stop Motion Animation of Falling

I found this assignment to be really fun. I knew that I did not want to do just an ordinary ball bounce, so I decided to go with a cookie! I actually had two different ones. The "stunt" cookie, I microwaved and gave it an oval shape to act as the squash and stretch shapes. I think this worked out really well. I think doing the part with the rulers was really fun. I didn't think I would like stop motion animation this much, but I did enjoy it.

I used a down shooter that I have in my room that I typically use for 2D animation. It looks like this:

I also used Flipbook to put the images together.

Video analysis of path of action

So, the Blogger video is being pesky and not letting me upload my videos, citing an "error". So I am uploading them onto my YouTube page to be able to post here.  The reference video is my friend Edric. He is a hockey player and thus, can jump pretty well. While physics would not permit my body to jump very high, I was very thankful that he could help. (Shout out to Edric! THANK YOU!)
